The Adventurers Guild is seen as a fine place to start your story and begin forging your way in the world. Many who are newly setting off on their paths will find themselves here. However it is expected that people will leave the guild to pursue their own stories and personal power, and it is seen as a bit odd if they don’t.
The Treasure Hunters Guild well, a job is a job, and if you take proper care of what is important to you, you won’t ever have a negative interaction with them. If you do make a mistake and let something slip out of your sight, you should have been more careful, and you can always hire them to hunt that treasure back. That said they do also retrieve some rather useful artefacts from unexplored corners where few dare to tread.
