The Spheres are mysterious places and haven’t always been as easy to reach as they currently are. Subjects of stories and legends to the people of Elandra there is little known and confirmed about them and their inhabitants and so the known information is varied. Discovering secrets of the Sphere and interacting with their inhabitants is designed to have an exploration element.

Denizens of the Fable Sphere
The inhabitants of fable are called the “Fae” ; these beings may look Elandrian. They are highly magical and have extended life spans to the point that they are alive while people still express them. They are almost made of the stories that they intertwine with and so can be hugely different in power and how they live (Where some would live to be able to empower people who it meets another might make all life around it thrive)
The beings of fable are truly the stories made manifest, and those courageous enough to to tell them can gain many boons or blessings.
Sprites
A Sprite is a living story and a weak Fae, these beings are born of stories that are told on other planes, as soon as a story is spoken a spirit is born and with the telling of their story on others lips they grow stronger. This means that in some cases a person may have a sprite born of them and their story can become different to the reality of the truth of the being.
Elder Fae
Elder Fae collects these Sprites and guide them into the courts that they lead. Elder Fae can take a variety of forms from nightmarish to whimsical but its always worth remembering they are powerful.
How many courts are there?
There are many Courts of Elder Fae although there may not be many Elders within a court and without the Elder running the court the Spirits that are part of it will likely go to other stronger Courts, Courts are usually seen by Elandrians of having particular themes that reflect the Elder Fae’s Flair.
The Ways of Entanglement:
How Fae entangle themselves within the stories of mortals and the stories of those who are not from the plane of fable can be ‘Categorized’ in three ways these are: The Beginning, The Journey and The Finale. Within these ways of behaving the Fae better nourish themselves and stay healthy and lasting.
The Beginning
These are Fae who are drawn to mortals who they view are at the start of a journey, They help people begin on great adventures and make sure that they are equipped for their quest. These Fae may ask to be put in a story that our hero is telling and so bless them with a power to help them in the journey’s to come.
The Journey
These are Fae who are drawn to a mortals that they view to have a story in motion, they will sometimes aid a traveller who is taking a great journey and other times create a conflict for them to try and overcome. This being a place for the hero to claim a great prize or develop a new feat!
The Finale
These are Fae who are drawn to mortals that they view to have ended a story for this reason are looking to finish that narrative and ensure that story stops in a dramatic and amazing way. So regularly will a hero have a great sunset to charge off into or a horde of creatures to charge heroically into. A famous last stand to have.
The Entanglement of the Twist
While the Entanglements of The Beginning, The Journey and The Finale are the established Entanglements of this plane there are those who look to destabilize that perfect Entanglement of things these Fae hide this agenda. Using their position within there Entanglements to be able to create new opportunities to create the thing that all Fae hate the most: A Twist
The Entanglement of the Twist are a small sect of Fae who although are drawn to a type of story they do not act in the way to develop that story more, instead change it in some way. This might be a story starting again after it has already started (Think lord of the rings but if Frodo lost the ring and his mate picked it up instead.). There are also those who would look to start a story again when it has almost reached its end.
The Twist is widely disliked by the Fae who use other Entanglement strategies and so those who practice its teachings have to hide this from others and ensure that it remains a secret.
