We are currently seeking volunteers to complement our dedicated team.

Ref training will be provided with options for additional training for specialist areas of the game.
Game Team: This role involves being an active member of our monster crew, including referees and game staff/volunteers. During events, you will be playing various non-player characters (NPCs) throughout the game. There may also be some tasks available to complete between events.
Bankers Guild: In this role you will be in the IC space. You will be welcoming players as they arrive, helping them to start their journey in our game. This role also serves as an initial point of contact for players, processing information as well as addressing any player queries within your area of expertise and handling in character resources. There may also be some tasks to complete between events.
Customer Service Desk: This will be a role in the OC space. Helping to deal with queries and transactions such as processing new characters and on the day bookings as well as other OC queries.
Alchemy and Enchanting team: In this role, you will be supporting players as a directed player character (DPC)/Live-in NPC – offering explanations and process rules for either/both sections of the game.
Nation & Guild Support: This role is designed to support players as members of a nation or guild (NPC/DPC). The role includes directing plot elements into the game. Volunteers/staff in these roles will also manage the development of their appointed area in liaison with other roles. Some tasks may be available to complete between events. Knowledge/experience of other systems is desirable for this particular role, whilst training will be provided, as appropriate/required.
Player referee: In this role, you will be assisting your designated nation support team, whilst having the opportunity to still participate in the game itself. The role includes processing certain player actions and refereeing encounters. This role also serves as an initial point of contact for the players within certain areas. Your support will be invaluable in ensuring smooth gameplay and fair experiences for all players.
Weaving team: In this role, you will be assisting our weaving (group magical effects) team with custom projects, marking player magic weavings and assisting/guiding players with weaving related questions. You will be implemented as a DPC/NPC and there may also be some tasks available to complete between events.
Site Maintenance Team: This team plays a crucial role in maintaining the site, including tasks like litter picking and restocking toilets. However, you will still have ample time to enjoy playing your character for the majority of the event. Your efforts will help to create a clean and enjoyable environment for all participants.
These roles are designed for volunteers who can commit to being present during our events. We hope that volunteers will also be available to complete some tasks between events as reasonably needed to facilitate their volunteering at our events.
